As a **Lead Field Service Technician** here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support. Your expertise and leadership will drive the success of our field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers.

You will report directly to our **Field Service Manager** and you’ll work out of our **Nashville, TN** location.

In this role, you will impact the overall performance and reliability of gas meter services, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support.

+ Oversee field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

+ Provide technical expertise and support for complex technical issues related to gas meters, both remotely and on-site.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service management or a similar role.

+ Strong technical knowledge and understanding of gas meter technologies.

+ Excellent leadership and team management skills.

+ Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
