    As a Materials Management Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for analyzing and managing materials within our supply chain network. You will report directly to our Materials Manager and you'll work out of our Chandler, Arizona Location

     

    In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels. You will analyze data, forecast demand, and work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute material plans.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage the shipping and receipt of goods, including opening packages, verifying quantities, and confirming accurate item delivery

     

    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management

    • Perform tagging, transporting, and tracking of government/capital property and expense items, and ensuring compliance with the Government Property Manual

    • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex and unforeseen problems related to inventory management

    • Assist in implementing inventory control policies and procedures to streamline operations

    • Monitor inventory performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to address any discrepancies or inefficiencies

    • Prepare and assemble part kits as needed, ensuring precision and compliance with organizational standards

     

    Monitor and report on material availability and potential risks

     

    Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management

     

    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • 2+ years of experience in materials management or supply chain

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    WE VALUE

    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

    • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP

    • Knowledge of inventory management best practices

    • Lean Six Sigma certification
