KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Develop and optimize Implant and Diffusion processes to enhance semiconductor device performance.
+ Conduct process experiments and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into manufacturing operations.
+ Work closely with internal equipment and outside suppliers to ensure alignment with internal processes and quality standards.
+ Manage relationships with external Epitaxial and/or Implant suppliers to drive continuous improvement processes.

US PERSONS REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
+ 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, engineering and process optimization.
+ Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control for Implant, Diffusion or similar processes.
+ Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation and robotics.
WE VALUE
+ Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field.
+ Knowledge of recipe development on VTR-7000 diffusion furnaces, Varian/AMAT Viision 200+ implanters or ASM 2000 Epi reactors.
+ Proven ability to drive successful process development.
+ Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability.
Ability to lead by influence across multiple engineering disciplines.
