    •        Communicate program or portfolio status, key issues, and risks clearly and proactively across stakeholder levels.

    •        Support change readiness, user training, and post-implementation activities.

    •        Apply enterprise project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet) to manage schedules, tasks, dependencies, and milestones.

    •        Maintain accurate and integrated project/program schedules; identify conflicts and proactively drive resolution.

    •        Develop and maintain project/program documentation, including charters, change requests, status reports, dashboards, resource models, and compliance artifacts.

    •        **_For Senior Roles:_** Monitor project portfolios, facilitate intake/prioritization processes, and coordinate cross-project risk/issue management.

    •        Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, simplify processes, and reduce operational risk through automation and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate).

    •        Track and manage project and program budgets; support forecasting, resource planning, and financial variance reporting.

    •        Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for executive and PMO use.

    •        Create automated workflows or applications in Power Apps to streamline project intake, approvals, and reporting processes.

    •        **_For Senior Roles:_** Analyze financial trends across the portfolio, review business cases, and recommend corrective actions.

    •        Ensure data integrity across project tracking systems and reporting platforms; contribute to enterprise-level PMO reporting standards.

    •        **_For Senior Analysts:_** May lead a team of analysts or coordinators, providing coaching, quality assurance, and methodology guidance.

    •        Collaborate across PMO and business units, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and shared knowledge.

    •        Support internal training and onboarding for new team members and provide SME support for data visualization and Power Platform tools.

    Qualifications:

    •        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field required.

    •        PMP, CAPM, Agile (Scrum, SAFe), or Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.

    •        Project Analyst II: 3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, data analytics, or PMO support.

    •        Senior Program Analyst: 5+ years managing project/program analytics, portfolio reporting, or financial tracking across lines of business.

    •        Proven expertise in developing Power BI and Tableau dashboards that translate data into actionable insights.

    •        Experience building or enhancing Power Apps to automate project workflows and reporting.

    •        Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

    •        Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with experience preparing executive-level presentations.

    •        Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
