Key Responsibilities

+ Support outside sales representatives and broker partners

+ Manage customer accounts and maintain sales pipeline

+ Respond to inbound phone and email inquiries

+ Perform accurate data entry and lead tracking

+ Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction

+ Collaborate with the sales team to improve workflows

Qualifications

+ 1+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles

+ Strong data entry, math, and computer skills

+ Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

+ Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

Compensation & Benefits

+ **$20/hour + commission** | Weekly pay
