*Hybrid in Atlanta, GA*

Our client is seeking a skilled Payroll Accountant/Tax Specialist to provide temporary staffing support. This role is crucial in managing payroll accounting and tax-related tasks, focusing on reconciliation, tax compliance, and system cleanup. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle HCM and ADP SmartCompliance.

_Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

_Rate: $47 - $57 / hr. w2_

Responsibilities:

+ Set up tax registrations and manage tax filings and amendments.

+ Reconcile payroll accounts and handle tax reconciliations.

+ Action and track tax notices.

+ Conduct GL research and support payroll account reconciliation projects.

+ Assist in quarterly tax report preparation and reconciliation.

Experience Requirements:

+ Oracle HCM

+ ADP SmartCompliance

+ Experience with multi-state tax regulations is crucial.

+ General Ledger (GL) research

+ Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and consultants.

+ Hospitality industry experience is a plus but not required.

_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
