    Ryder is immediately hiring a Warehouse Inventory Clerks/Problem Solvers in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania

     

    Walk In Hiring Event

     

    Dates: Tuesday September 9th, Wednesday September 10th, Thursday September 11th

     

    Times: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

     

    Address:Blue Heron Event Center, 407 S Washington St, Greencastle, PA 17225

    Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

    + Hourly Pay $21.00 per hour

    + Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour when working third shift

    + Schedules:MultipleShifts Available (3 x 12 hour shift and 1 x 6 hour shift)

    Requirements

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience

    + Ability to

    + Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)

    + Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments

    + Recognize and read location, date and product codes

    + Work independently and as a member of a team

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment

    + Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) (beginner level)

    + Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified

    + Safety Sensitive Position, Non-Regulated Tech - Depending on location, may be required to operate and be equipment certified

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits

    + Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments

    + Participate in physical inventories as necessary

    + Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues

    + Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed

    + Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety

    + Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands

    + Perform other duties as assigned
