    Job Description

    This position is responsible for the maintenance and repairs to Menard owned equipment. The hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform mechanical repairs to semi- trailers.

    • Diagnose problems.

    • Troubleshoot mechanical issues.

    • Perform accurate and timely repairs.

    • Look for additional repairs beyond what’s listed.

    Skills/Requirements

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Some sort of direct mechanical experience or an accredited technician degree

    • Provide their own tools

    • Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask

    • Parts knowledge

    • Must be able to take direction from management

    • Must be able to work independently

    • Able to lift 40lbs. occasionally
