We are here to guide them, and deliver our service members and their families the tools they need to do what they love to do. Here at the Navy Lodge in Lemoore, no two days will look the same. So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed? Provide excellent customer service to our valued and honored guests. Utilize Property Management System to access guest information and retrieve reservation details. Receive requests and process reservations within established guidelines Receives and is accountable for a change in fund. Prepare close bank report and deposits cash receipts at the end of each shift in accordance with established procedures. Perform a variety of administrative: Print various reports Ran various reports Answer phones calls Trickster calls Reply to guest inquiries and log calls The Qualifiers: One (1) year of general office clerical experience that demonstrated the ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily. One (1) year progressively responsible experience related to the position to be filled. Study completed in a college, university, or junior college above the high school level may be substituted on the basis of one-half academic year of study for 6 months of experience. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check. · Be available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight and holidays. Qualifications: GENERAL EXPERIENCE One 1 year of general office clerical experience that demonstrated the ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily. AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE One 1 year progressively responsible experience related to the position to be filled. OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE Study completed in a college university or junior college above the high school level may be substituted on the basis of one-half academic year of study for 6 months of experience.
