    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Dessert Cart Attendant** who is responsible for providing food service to **Concessions** guests and providing excellent customer service. Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.

    + Prepare and stock dessert cart for service with appropriate utensils, plates, and silverware.

    + Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the dessert cart.

    + Responsible for dessert cart inventory.

    + Record desserts sold and acquire proper payment.

    + Clean and put away carts and desserts after service is completed.

    + Must be knowledgeable of dessert items being sold.

    + Must maintain a pleasant attitude toward customers, co-workers, and management.

    + Must possess excellent customer service skills.

    + Other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Stadium, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club, or Full-Service Restaurant experience.

    + Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.

    + Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.

    + Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.

    + Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    + Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.

    + Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Able to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 20 lbs.
