Belay Technologies is seeking a Application Developer (Reverse Engineer) to join our intel team. You will act as a general purpose Exploitation Analyst for a dynamic and established team pursuing some of the hardest problem sets in CNO. You will plan and conduct operations, perform network analysis, and coordinate with a team to pursue team objectives. You will work closely with other analysts, operators, developers and mission leadership to generate high impact outcomes in the assigned AOR.

Responsibilities:

+ Analyze operational data.

+ Author operational plans.

+ Lead operations.

+ Analyze network artifacts.

+ Work with team members to achieve mission outcomes.

+ Build network diagrams.

+ Achieve relevant on the job certifications.

+ Build scripts to convert and normalize data if needed.

+ Identify when to submit new requirements for tools and plans for operations

Requirements:

+ TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph

+ 12 yrs., B.S. or 10 yrs. w/ M.S., 4 yrs. off additional SWE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree

+ Ability to read and write Python

+ Experience using agency tools.

+ Knowledge of exploitation methodologies.

+ Knowledge of networking technologies.

+ Experience with diagraming networks.

+ Ability to manage a CNO project.

Nice to Haves:

+ Experience following malware network signatures.

+ Analyzing cyber security-related data sets (network traffic, OS events).

+ Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.

+ Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.

+ Experience with programming languages such as Python.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $190,000
