American Endovascular is seeking a compassionate and skilledPer Diem Traveling Nurse Practitionerto join our team inPutnam, Orange, and Dutchess Counties, NY. This unique opportunity focuses on providing vascular consults and follow-up care innursing homes throughout the Putnam County area.

• About the Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner in this role, you will:

+ Travel to designated nursing homes to performvascular consults

+ Review and interpretultrasound results

+ Communicate findings andtreatment planswith patients and their families

+ Collaborate with our vascular specialists to ensure continuity of care

• Schedule:

+ 1 day per week, withflexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Requirements:

+ ValidNurse Practitioner licensein New York State

+ Experience invascular careor related specialties preferred

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and travel within the region
