Overview
ABM is looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor** for a large client operation at SFO Airport in San Francisco, CA.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and compliance with safety and operational standards. The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure efficient workflow, maintain accurate inventory, and lead a productive team environment. Must be flexible to work weekends.
Pay: $20.00/hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
**Schedule:** Tuesday - Saturday 1pm - 9:30pm

Essential Job Functions: (Other duties may be assigned.)
+ Supervise daily warehouse operations including repacking, kit-building, receiving, sorting, and inventory movement.
+ Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
+ Conduct pre-shift planning including inventory checks, laundry scheduling, and workflow coordination.
+ Lead team huddles and post-shift debriefs to communicate goals, progress, and performance.
+ Perform spot checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
+ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and immediately address hazards or incidents.
+ Manage employee breaks, lunches, and attendance in accordance with company policy.
+ Prepare shift handover documentation and update daily operational reports.
+ Collaborate with Inventory Supervisor and Manager to address critical shortages.
+ Maintain communication with leadership and client representatives regarding operations.
+ Set a positive, professional example for the workforce and coach employees as needed.
+ Ensure compliance with all company, client, and regulatory standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Front-line warehouse employees on designated shift.
Physical Demands:
+ Must be able to stand and walk for 2/3 or more of the work shift.
+ Must be able to talk, hear, and use hands to handle or feel for 2/3 or more of the work shift.
+ Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more for up to 1/3 of the work shift.
Work Environment:
+ Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and moderate to heavy noise levels.
+ Requires physical activity including lifting, walking, and operating equipment.
Skills:
Language Skills:
+ Ability to communicate effectively in English.
+ Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures.
+ Ability to present information and respond to questions from team members and clients.
Math Skills:
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Computer Skills:
+ Basic understanding of computer software including Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
Reasoning Ability:
+ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
+ Ability to solve problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.
Education:
+ High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
+ Minimum of 3 years of warehouse operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
+ Previous management experience preferred.
Overall:
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
