    + Caring for hundreds of thousands of inpatients and outpatients annually through a connected network of hospitals, emergency departments, and outpatient facilities

    The role you'll contribute:

    The **Senior Partner, Talent Planning** is responsible for developing and operationalizing AdventHealths talent acceleration, planning, and succession management strategies. This includes managing logistics, processes, communications, and metrics to promote a culture of professional growth and well-being.

     

    In this role, you will partner with leaders across Acute Care Services, Integrated Health Services, AdventHealth University, and System Support functions to drive succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development. You will coach managers and employees, design innovative development programs, and prepare high-potential talent for future leadership roles. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Senior Partner will advance initiatives that build organizational capability while aligning with AdventHealths mission, vision, and values.

    The value you'll bring to the team:

    + Execute division-wide talent planning, career development, leadership development, and succession management strategies.

    + Partner with executives and HR Business Partners to implement talent reviews and track development plans for key talent and succession candidates.

    + Design and deliver innovative development programs, tools, and learning solutions to accelerate growth for future leaders.

    + Coach leaders and employees on strength-based performance management, talent insights, and leader competencies.

    + Establish metrics, KPIs, and communication strategies to measure success and promote engagement.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Leadership, or related field

    + 4 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    + Strong project management, organization, and facilitation skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Masters degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, HR, or related field

    + Healthcare experience or prior leadership experience in client-facing roles

    + Certification in assessment tools (e.g., MBTI, DiSC)

    + SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPLP/ATD, or other leadership development certifications

    + Curriculum design, facilitation, or leadership coaching certification
