    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Field Service Technicians** for projects located in the **Hortonville, WI area** . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is **$25/hour** based on experience plus **$100/day per diem** for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.     Job Scope:

    + Propane bulk plant installations, service, and repairs with precision and adherence to project specifications

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide work execution

    + Perform pipe-fitting and plumbing tasks ensuring full compliance with relevant codes and specifications

    + Weld, cut, and fabricate piping or structural components as necessary to meet project demands

    + Coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule

    + Troubleshoot system issues and conduct critical field diagnostics to resolve operational problems

    + Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory safety standards at all times

    Requirements

    + 3 years of experience in mechanical pipefitting

    + 3 years experience in plumbing or field service role

    + Strong blueprint reading skills

    + Welding experience - MIG, TIG, or Stick

    + Valid drivers license and clean driving record
