**Schedule:** Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Play a Key Role in Production Excellence

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a motivated **Production Generalist** in Marietta, GA. In this role, you will support day-to-day production operations, ensuring machinery runs efficiently, products meet quality standards, and deadlines are achieved—all while upholding a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate and oversee production machinery, including calibrating equipment and monitoring gauges.

+ Inspect finished products to verify quality and compliance with specifications.

+ Track production schedules and meet established deadlines.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

+ Identify and communicate any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.

+ Follow established work instructions and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

+ Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to monitor equipment.

+ Willingness to adhere to all safety standards and guidelines.

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to stand for extended periods.

+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

+ Ability to bend, stoop, and move in a production environment.

**Pay Details:** $19.50 per hour
