Position Summary...
As a Senior Manager, Program Management on the Marketing Operations team, you will relentlessly focus on driving strategic operational excellence for Marketing’s objectives and key results across multiple priorities. You’ll identify and help solve complex problems across interconnected workstreams, always striving for a simpler, more streamlined way of working together and shaping the future-state of the Walmart Marketing team. You’ll also serve as a thought leader, challenging the status quo and influencing without authority to drive positive change.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Human Resources, or related field **and** 4 years of experience in marketing, project management, compliance, operations management, or related area **OR** 6 years of experience in the above areas without a degree
+ 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams
+ 3 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality
+ Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and ability to lead projects amidst ambiguity and shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field (e.g., project management, compliance, operations management)
+ 3 years of experience managing budgets, profit and loss statements, or related financial processes
+ Project Management certification
+ 5 years of experience planning and executing Marketing and/or Brand Campaigns, including direct collaboration with Creative and Media agencies

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
