Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $19 - $20 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk:

+ Accurately enter and update customer, order, inventory, and production data into internal systems

+ Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy; identify and correct discrepancies

+ Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient recordkeeping

+ Generate basic reports and summaries for supervisors and team leads as requested

+ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat

+ Resolve common customer service issues, escalating more complex concerns as necessary

+ Assist in updating inventory and production records in coordination with operations staff

+ Perform general administrative support tasks to assist the department as needed

+ Ensure all customer and company data is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with company policies

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Ability to work part time work hours Monday-Thursday 8am-1 or 2pm

+ 1+ year Experience in data entry or customer service

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry software preferred

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

+ Must be reliable and able to commit for the full duration of the assignment (10/1/2025-02/01/2026)

+ Manufacturing industry experience is a plus, especially in rotational molding or plastics

+ Reliable transportation to job location
