This Senior Configuration Management (CM) Analyst position will require the following skills and knowledge along with interpersonal relations skills that promote the value and contributions of the CM team to our internal and external customers. This position will establish and maintain all aspects of configuration management activities relative to planning, identification, change control, status accounting, and auditing for programs, systems and/or equipment in accordance with internal guidelines and contract requirements. This position will require the ability to efficiently work in a high pressure environment where critical priorities are normal and to assist our internal customers to provide a high quality product ensuring the integrity of our engineering documentation to our product.

What You Will Do
+ Monitors contractor, subcontractor, or vendors to ensure that the applications of standards and requirement for the statement of work is properly implemented
+ Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and met, and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies
+ Organizes or creates change package for classification concurrence inspection by the customer
+ Coordinate changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities
+ May review and analyze released engineering change data and collect metrics
+ Manages the engineering document change process by facilitating approval documentation and participation in or chairing the change control board
+ Responsible for generating program specific configuration management plans that tailor existing procedures for implementation of contractual requirements
+ Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups
+ Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignment. Works is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy
+ Builds productive working relationships internally and externally. Frequent internal company and external contacts. Represents organization on specific projects
+ Solves problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to policies and practices for guidance. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure or resources to rectify
+ Frequent use of general/technical knowledge and industry/functional practices, techniques, and standards. General application of concepts and principles. Developing expertise
+ Provides solutions for complex engineering documentation issues
+ Track and monitor Change Order (CO) activity through release/implementation (Enovia PDM)
+ Knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs and documents and Manufacturing Build Instructions
+ Understand and the ability to review and determine if COs being proposed to engineering documentation support industry CM and company practices for Class I/Major and Class II/Minor
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to negotiate resolution of issues and work in a high pressure environment
+ Ability to ensure that commitments and priorities are achieved and maintain required metrics
+ Experience in maintaining CM fundamentals such as configuration records, status accounting, as-built records, change control
+ Must exhibit ethical standards in all aspects of operations including integrity of engineering documentation and in the performance of CM policies, procedures and methods
Qualifications You Must Have
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office applications
+ Experience with electronic configuration management systems
+ Previous experience with Government, Customer, and configuration management practices and standards, or relatable skills
Qualifications We Prefer
+ Active / Existing Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance Preferred
+ Experience with PDM Systems, preferably Enovia, ERP Systems, preferably SAP and knowledge/application of JIRA
+ Continuous Improvement experience

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
