Join Collins Aerospace in Jamestown, North Dakota, as a Supply Chain Co-Op and play a crucial role in our material and supply organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in complex problem-solving, evaluate and recommend suppliers, and influence the long-term objectives of our procurement processes while working with senior personnel in a dynamic environment.

Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January-August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

What You Will Do:

+ Act as the primary liaison between the material and supply organization and other technical personnel, advising on process functions and requirements.

+ Review a high volume and/or variety of materials, supplies, and services.

+ Evaluate bids, select and recommend suppliers, and manage follow-up on all awards until order completion.

+ Develop solutions to complex problems, leveraging established precedents and policies.

+ Network with senior internal and external personnel, representing the organization on significant contracts or projects.

+ Utilize ERP systems and processes to manage outcomes for assigned commodity types.

+ Skills in evaluating supplier bids, making recommendations, and managing procurement processes.

+ Methods for solving complex problems and making decisions with significant organizational impact.

Qualifications You Must Have:

+ Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
