    What You'll Do

     

    We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer 1 to join our Engagement Center Enablement team. In this role, you'll help develop and maintain enterprise-scale solutions that power experiences across our many engagement centers. You'll focus on creating reusable components and capabilities that enhance our customer service operations, from core authentication experiences to AI-powered agent assistance tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design and develop reusable Salesforce components that can be leveraged across multiple engagement centers

    + Contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise authentication solutions

    + Support and enhance our agent enablement capabilities, including our agent assist copilot

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of multiple engagement centers

    + Maintain and improve existing components while ensuring scalability and performance

    + Participate in code reviews and technical documentation

    + Support the continuous improvement of our development practices and standards

    Who You Are

    + Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience

    + 6+ years of software development experience

    + 3+ years of Salesforce development experience

    + Strong experience developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex

    + Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development practices

    + Experience building scalable, reusable components for enterprise applications

    + Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and deployment strategies

    + Experience with agile development methodologies

    + Demonstrated experience working on enterprise-scale applications

    + Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy

    + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

    Skills That Will Help You Stand Out:

    + Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect)

    + AWS development experience

    + Previous experience in financial services industry

     

    Salary Range Information

     

    Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

     

    Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

     

    $100800 - $158400 / year

     

    Time Off Program

     

    Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

    Work Environment

     

    This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.

     

    Hours

     

    This role will partner with our global teams and has an expectation for flexibility in your work schedule to have a regular start time around 7:30am CST.
