We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our Collins Aerospace team. This role will primarily focus on supporting the Office of Transformation, providing essential financial modeling and budget support to drive our strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. The workload includes transformation program management support, encompassing the baselining and consolidation of reports, as well as tracking these metrics to ensure alignment with project goals. The analyst will serve as a key support contact for the transformation program management team, assisting with various financial tasks and providing insights to facilitate informed decision-making. Additionally, the role involves modeling Long-Range Plan (LRP) impacts, supporting the analysis of future financial scenarios, and addressing ad-hoc requests from the overall Office of Transformation organization.
This role can be worked remotely in the U.S. (Eastern Standard Time zone working hours required.)
What You Will Do:
+ Help develop and maintain complex financial models to support transformation projects and strategic initiatives.
+ Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of budgets and forecasts.
+ Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making.
+ Baseline and consolidate reports, tracking metrics to ensure alignment with project goals.
+ Serve as a support contact for the transformation program management team.
+ Provide timely and accurate financial reports and presentations for senior management.
+ Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
+ Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures.
+ Domestic travel up to 25%
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
+ Experience in FP&A
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Aerospace and defense industry experience
+ Experience in financial modeling and Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Onestream)
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience supporting transformation initiatives or large-scale change projects.
+ Project management and process improvement methodologies.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
+ Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work product.

**Remote:** Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. * _Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role._
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
