    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production of sand and gravel.

    + Perform routine maintenance and inspections to maintain equipment reliability.

    + Adjust settings and controls to meet production specifications and quality standards.

    + Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and maintain workflow.

    + Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures consistently.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Ability to operate and maintain industrial equipment safely and effectively.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

    + Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.

    + Loader Operator experience preferred.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    + Must meet all legal and company requirements for employment eligibility.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands of the Job

    + Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in outdoor conditions.

    + Manual dexterity and visual acuity required for equipment operation and inspections.

    + Tolerance for working in dusty, muddy, and uneven terrain.

    + Ability to respond quickly to operational needs and emergencies.

    + Starting Pay $24.84 per hour DOE
