What Your Day May Look Like

+ Manage physical access control system (PACS) alarms related to critical data or network infrastructure, life safety, or duress.

+ Investigate alarms using CCTV and other investigative tools. Respond by sending security patrol or alerting emergency services, and/or escalating to next-level incident management teams.

+ Conduct ongoing review of multiple systems and sources to detect potential risks.

+ Conduct basic troubleshooting of physical access control system (PACS).

+ Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age.

+ Associate degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, or Corporate Security.

+ Bachelor degree preferred.

+ Prior experience in a security operations center, TOC, or similar a plus!

+ Comfortable in high-tech work environment, and constant learning of new tools and innovations.

+ Strong customer service skills required.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

+ Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.

+ Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures.

+ All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
