**Job Title:** Residential Security Officer

**Location:** Queens, NY

**Pay Rate:** $19.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable Residential Security Officer to help maintain the safety and security of a residential facility in Queens. The officer will be responsible for monitoring the premises, assisting residents and visitors, and ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and property grounds

+ Perform regular patrols to maintain safety and order

+ Greet and assist residents, guests, and staff with professionalism

+ Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms

+ Document observations and complete detailed incident reports

Requirements:

+ Valid NYS Security Guard License

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Professional appearance and demeanor

+ Ability to remain alert, calm, and effective under pressure

+ Reliability and flexibility in scheduling
