Our **Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant** is accountable for providing best-in-class care and exceptional patient outcomes, which involves:

+ Inspiring professional growth by administering individualized, one-to-one care for children in an outpatient setting under the Occupational Therapist supervision.

+ Empowering collaboration with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to enhance patient outcomes and provide holistic care.

+ Engaging in administration of therapeutic activities guiding patients through tasks related to short- and long-term goals while monitoring progress.

+ Ensuring compliance and efficiency by maintaining accurate records, billing appropriately, and documenting sessions effectively.

+ Promoting safety and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a supportive clinic environment.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

+ Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

+ Must be able to obtain proof of current or pending licensure or temporary licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant within Minnesota State

+ 1+ years' experience working with children is preferred

+ Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

+ Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

+ Must possess outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi-task
