    IT Inventory Specialist

     

    Quantico, VA

    Job Summary:

    IT Veterans is currently seeking an IT Inventory Specialist to join our team. You must have an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

    Job Details:

    + Order and replenish supplies as needed to support operations.

    + Oversee shipping and receiving of equipment and materials.

    + Maintain and organize stockrooms and supply areas.

    + Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy.

    + Issue and track deployable communication equipment.

    + Maintain inventory control systems and prepare reports.

    + Create and deliver logistical reports and presentations.

    + Support load-out/load-in of equipment, including aircraft pallets, trucks, trailers, and vans.

    + Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment from acquisition through deployment.

    + Ensure all IT equipment is properly registered, tracked, and documented.

    + Produce and update online records for accountable property.

    + Assist with vehicle and equipment loading/unloading.

    + Perform general maintenance and cleaning on vehicles and facilities.

    Requirements:

    + Clearance: Active TS with SCI eligibility; may require polygraph and/or drug testing.

    + Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT inventory or logistics roles.

    + Knowledge: Familiarity with government logistics systems and database management.

    + Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 70 lbs, perform prolonged kneeling, and climb trucks or equipment.

    + Deployment: Must be able to deploy with 1-hour recall, both CONUS and OCONUS.
