Lines, Inc. has multiple openings for Senior Technical Product Owners in Bloomington,
MN.
Key Responsibilities
+ Responsiblefor conducting complex and thorough research of existing technical processes,systems, and desired objectives to meet the goals/intent of the assignedproducts.
+ Work withProduct Manager and SMEs to prioritize feature development based on thebusiness value.
+ Elicit andcreate initial epics/features and elaborate into user stories that clearlydescribe the functional and non-functional requirements.
+ Deliverbusiness requirements via artifacts such as epics, features, stories,acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframe diagrams, interaction diagrams,and mockups/demos.
+ Collaboratewith cross-functional teams inside a Scrum framework.
+ Conduct worksessions and document new features, requirements, and strategies. Performtesting, track bugs, enhancements and ensure issues are resolved beforepromoting to production environments.
+ Use data andanalysis to convey solution impact and support process driven solutions.
+ Developbusiness logic and critical metrics for incorporation into decision supportmodels and tools.
+ Constructproblem statements including problem description and improvement measures.
+ Drill downbeyond the problem surface to understand root cause, logically structurerecommendations, and support data to formulate a solid, logical, andunderstandable business case. Contribute to technical project planning andeffort estimation within scope and support the identification of risks andmitigation approaches.
+ Interfacewith business unit leaders to develop and maintain internal customerrelationships.
+ Telecommutingpermitted 2-3 days a week.
+ Less than 10% domestic travelrequired.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Management,
Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field,
and 5 years of experience in software development.
Must have experience in:
+ Working with business stakeholdersand collaborating across airline crew domain verticals, Inflight Services,Flight Operations, and OCC
+ Airline Crew applications includingPilot Payroll, Flight Attendant Payroll, Crew Scheduling, and Crew domain
+ Airline Service OrientedArchitecture (SOA) domain knowledge
+ Working on AWSMigration/Containerization and Oracle Exadata service requests
+ DevSecOps tool usage to streamlinedevelopment and deployment processes
+ Using Digital.ai Agility tool todrive consistency and efficiency by scaling Agile practices across all levels,Portfolio Planning, Custom Dashboards, with metrics and analytics, Managementof application requirements and user stories
+ Venafi tool to protect applicationsfrom Security threats and Veracode Tool to Run SAST, DAST, and SCA scans tomitigate software application vulnerabilities
+ SCRUM methodology to deliversoftware

Pay Range: $120600-$165000 annually
