The Marketing Content Specialist will play a key role in creating high-quality marketing materials, most notably brochures, that showcase a consistent and professional corporate image across all product lines. This position requires a blend of creativity and attention to detail, with a strong ability to transform complex technical product details and value propositions into clear, engaging, and customer-focused messaging. Partnering closely with Product Managers across all Business Units, this role ensures that every piece of content aligns with brand guidelines, reinforces our integrated product portfolio, and communicates how our solutions work seamlessly together.
As a remote-based member of the Global Marketing Team, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Marketing, you will contribute to building a world-class marketing function in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Create, write, and manage content for product brochures and other marketing collateral with Product Managers and marketing team from our business units.
+ Collaborate with Product Managers to gather technical information and ensure accuracy in content.
+ Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and visual identity across all product lines.
+ Work with the design team to develop layouts and visuals that align with brand guidelines. Ensure all materials clearly communicate how our products can work together as a unified offering.
+ Review and update existing marketing content to align with current branding strategies. Assist in other marketing content initiatives as needed (e.g., presentations, website content, sales tools).
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in marketing content creation, preferably in a B2B or technical product environment.
+ Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and brand voice. Ability to understand and translate technical information into customer-centric language.
+ Excellent collaboration skills; experience working cross-functionally with product teams. Familiarity with design principles and working with design tools or teams.
+ Knowledge of branding and corporate identity best practices.
+ Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel – 30 % travel in all geographies
+ Preferably located in the Chicagoland area.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Knowledge of the medical devices sector, including customer personas and regulatory requirements
+ Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
+ Experience in: SFDC, Power BI, CXM platforms (Qualtrics, Medallia)
+ Experienced with Artificial Intelligence Marketing tools
+ Experienced in Additional languages

The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
