    **Hybrid:** _This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate will be based expected to report Warren Technical Center - Warren, MI at least three times per week at minimum (or other frequency dictated by the business)._

    **Relocation:** _This is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate._

    The Role:

    The Transformation team within Global Business Solutions is passionate about driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes, and technology across the enterprise. We strive to be global strategic business partners, delivering world class transformational solutions. We operate as a global organization, supporting various functions including Finance, Controllership, Purchasing, HR, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and a growing list of new business partnerships.

    Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes. Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive).

    + Develop a deep understanding of the business by facilitating workshops to capture business and IT partner objectives, pain-points, and opportunities, and translating them into world class processes and technology enablers.

    + Provides understanding of the bigger picture and how projects relate to operational strategy / Enterprise goals.

    + Utilize your process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global transformation projects that impact the results of the company.

    + Collaborate across workstreams to implement data standards and process improvements leveraging digital solutions.

    + Conduct iterative agile software configuration sessions to ensure that all key internal consumer organization business objectives are met.

    + Develop user stories to document business requirements, prepare user acceptance test plans, and support technology deployments.

    + Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures.

    Qualifications:

    + A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, IT or related field

    + 3+ years of relevant work experience in business and process transformation, consulting, and project management

    + Demonstrated experience leveraging Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Design Thinking, or other structured methodologies to implement process improvements

    + Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results

    + Detail oriented, with strong business acumen, and experience in evaluating financial measurements and project results

    + Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques

    + Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    **What Can Give You a Competitive Edge** (Preferred Qualifications):

    + Collaborate with end-to-end Global Process Owners on establishing KPIs to measure process health, drive transparency across the end-to-end process, connect Global end-to-ends to improve agility & efficiency.
