Job Description
What You Will Do:
+ Help maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
+ Inspect rooms and equipment, identify issues, and assist with repairs
+ Assist with preventive maintenance planning and tracking
+ Make sure your team has the supplies and tools they need
+ Help schedule the engineering team based on business needs
+ Follow and report on all safety procedures and equipment issues
What We Are Looking For:
+ 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience—helps you jump in without skipping a beat
+ Basic computer skills—you’ll use work order systems and company tools
+ Physically able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift
+ Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
+ HVAC certification and hotel experience are a plus—they help you hit the ground running
