    AID Performance Physical Therapy (Ashburn, VA)


    AID Performance Physical Therapy, LLC is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team and be the face of our growing practice. This role is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to be part of something exciting, with real potential for advancement as we continue to expand.

    What You’ll Do

    + Front Desk & Guest Services

    + Welcome patients, visitors, and staff with a professional, friendly first impression.

    + Answer and manage phone calls and emails.

    + Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple therapists.

    + Conduct follow-up calls to patients and physician offices.

    + Keep the office welcoming—maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and manage reception/kitchen areas.

    + Administrative Support

    + Handle mail, packages, and document distribution.

    + Collect patient co-pays, deductibles, and cancellation/no-show fees.

    + Maintain accurate records, scan/fax documents, and update files with prescriptions and care plans.

    + Manage office supplies and reorder as needed.

    + Support wellness protocols (daily forms, temperature checks, etc.).

    What We’re Looking For

    + Education: High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.

    + Skills & Experience:

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Strong multitasking skills (phones, scheduling, computer use, greeting clients).

    + Excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills.

    + Basic accounting or QuickBooks experience a plus (must be comfortable balancing a checkbook and discussing payments with patients).
