Job Descriptions:

Perform customer service such as opening new accounts for Specialized Banking customers and assisting customers with queries concerning the bank’s products and services according to the Bank’s standards, procedures and policies. Increase the Bank’s market share by maximizing sales and referral opportunities through relationship management and business developments efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Provide a complete range of customer services to Specialized Banking customers, including opening new accounts, explaining available bank products and services, and gathering customer compliance and corporate information in support of department strategic growth.

+ Implement consistent consultative selling practices on a daily basis while interacting with highly sophisticated and complex clients.

+ Proactively prospect for new business by participating in events, industry meetings and gathering referrals from existing clients.

+ Actively refers loan cross-departmental sales opportunities to appropriate bank personnel

+ Demonstrate commitment to servicing and building customer relationship

+ Responsible for operational compliance and adherence to bank policies and procedures

+ Perform onsite calls with VP of Business Development.

+ Maintain a positive and professional image of the bank, promoting good-will by being an active member of the community

+ Perform additional duties as requested, needed or assigned

Required Experience:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

+ Full knowledge of the products and services offered by the BankKnowledge of department support structures, resources and personnel

+ Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the hours of operation; attend required nightly or weekend events as needed.

+ Basic business acumen and professionalism

+ Ability to build strong relationships and alliances across the organization, exceed customer expectations, adapt to change,

+ Reliable and highly self-motivated; intellectually curious

+ Must be flexible and able to adapt to new job locations and re-assignments as directed

+ Fluent in written and verbal English communication skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Must have recent customer service and sales experience particularly in cross-marketing products and services

+ Normal business office environment
