Roles We Hire For:

Field Specialists – Artificial Lift Systems

Lead field crews in the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of various ALS tools and equipment. Ensure safe and efficient operations while delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Field Operators – Artificial Lift Systems

Support the installation, operation, and maintenance of ALS equipment. Perform diagnostics, collaborate with engineering teams, and travel to remote well sites across the Permian Basin.

Repair & Maintenance Technicians – Artificial Lift Equipment

Work in our Odessa shop to inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical components of ALS tools and equipment. Ensure equipment is field-ready and meets Weatherford’s quality and safety standards.

General Responsibilities

+ Install and service artificial lift systems and associated equipment.

+ Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.

+ Maintain accurate job documentation and service records.

+ Operate effectively in field conditions, including service rigs and wireline units.

+ Support shop operations and equipment deliveries.

+ Respond to customer needs on a 24-hour call basis.

+ Comply with Weatherford’s safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills (will vary depending on the position)

+ High School Diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus).

+ 2+ years of experience in oilfield operations, artificial lift systems, or equipment maintenance.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret schematics.

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

+ Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

+ Willingness to work in field conditions and adapt to changing schedules.
