    Are you a curious, hands-on engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a real impact? Join Haleon’s Quality Supply Chain (QSC) team and help us improve the performance of our manufacturing operations through data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement.

     

    This role is part of our Graduate Rotational Program and will begin with a rotation at our Lincoln, NE site. You’ll work closely with the engineering and maintenance teams to identify performance gaps, lead small capital projects, and drive operational excellence on the shop floor.

    As an QSC Engineering Graduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a highly complex supply chain environment, develop your leadership potential, and contribute to meaningful work that impacts lives.

     

    What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

     

    + Rotate through two business-critical roles over two years, starting at our Lincoln, NE site.

    + Assess and improve line performance by analyzing operational data and identifying root causes of inefficiencies.

    + Partner with maintenance and operations teams to implement engineering solutions that reduce downtime and improve throughput.

    + Lead small-scale capital projects from scoping to execution, with support from the broader engineering team.

    + Spend time on the production floor—observing, asking questions, and collaborating with line operators and supervisors.

    + Apply continuous improvement methodologies to solve real-world challenges and deliver measurable results.

    + Build a strong foundation in leadership, technical skills, and business acumen through structured development and mentorship.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred

    + Graduation by August 2026

    + Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, employment. Must not require fture sponsorship for employment visa status.

    + Strong interest in hands-on engineering, data analysis, and continuous improvement.

    + Must be willing to work onsite full-time in Lincoln, NE. No relocation assistance is provided for the first rotation.

    + Willingness to relocate domestically for second rotation. Potential locations include: Richmond, VA; St. Louis MO; Warren, NJ; East Durham, NY
