    Responsibilities

    Job Summary:

    Performs timely referral and intake coordination; including timely acceptance, patient registration, compiling and customer service.

     

    This position is located at 3400 Data Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    + Two (2) years experience processing patient referrals containing demographic and clinical information

    + Medical terminology and Excellent Customer Service experience.

    + Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

    + Ability to work independently as needed with a high degree of detail orientation.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

    Preferred:

    + Experience in a home health or hospice setting preferred

    Pay Range

    $33.29 - $38.38 /hour
