Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description:

Aerotek is hiring for Production Workers to join our team in Biddeford, Maine. In this role, you will work closely with a partner to assemble precision products used in the aerospace industry. This position requires strong hand-eye coordination, the ability to stand for an entire shift, and a collaborative mindset. No prior manufacturing experience is required—just a willingness to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble aerospace components with a partner using detailed instructions and precision tools

+ Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail in repetitive tasks

+ Stand and work for the duration of an 8-hour shift

+ Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals

Must-Have Skills

+ Hand-eye coordination

+ Ability to work well in a team

+ Physical stamina to stand for 8-hour shifts

+ Basic math skills and aptitude

Nice-to-Have Skills

+ Previous manufacturing or production experience

+ Familiarity with assembly or operator roles

Work Environment

+ Bright, clean facility with music playing

+ Repetitive tasks requiring focus and precision

+ Smocks and safety glasses required

+ No phones allowed on the production floor

+ Close collaboration with a partner throughout the shift

Shifts & Pay

+ 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (4x10 schedule possible) – $20/hr

+ 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM – $22/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
