    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a machine Operator, where you will be a part of the exciting expansion of our deodorant and body wash production lines. We are currently adding a 7th deodorant line and are seeking skilled operators to ensure seamless operations across our highly automated facility.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and manage production machines on the deodorant and liquid lines.

    + Perform machine set up and changeovers.

    + Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.

    + Handle general labor tasks including moving boxes of labels up to 20 lbs and changing shrink wrap rolls.

    + Work collaboratively within a team of 4-5 people on each machine.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong troubleshooting abilities.

    + Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of manufacturing processes.

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Proficient in using hand and power tools for machine setup.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + No diploma required, but a High School Diploma is necessary for career advancement.

    + Ability to work night shifts (6:30pm-7am) following a 4-week training period on day shifts (6:30am-7pm).

    + Participation in safety training on the first day of work.

    Work Environment

     

    This role requires working in a highly automated facility that operates at a fast pace. The environment is slightly unorganized, providing challenges and excitement for those who enjoy dynamic work settings. Night shifts are available after an initial training period on day shifts.

    This is a Contract position based out of Raeford, North Carolina.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
