Job Title:** **Warehouse Supervisor

**Shift:** Day Shift | Monday–Friday

**Salary:** $70,000–$80,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of mobile technicians. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values mentorship, and is passionate about operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, driving performance, and ensuring service quality and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead, train, and coach a team of mobile technicians to ensure high performance and professional growth.

+ Manage daily operations including scheduling, dispatching, and assigning service work orders.

+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce response times.

+ Maintain fleet tracking and inventory systems to ensure technicians are properly equipped.

+ Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, offering expert troubleshooting support.

+ Enforce company policies and safety procedures, including conducting regular safety meetings and field audits.

Qualifications & Skills

+ Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.

+ Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.

+ Proficiency with fleet tracking and inventory management software.

+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

+ Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

+ Experience operating forklifts and managing shipping/receiving processes.

+ Familiarity with supply chain operations and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
