    **_Location_** : Marcy, NY

    **_Pay:_** $21/hr

    **_Shift:_** 1st, 2nd, and 12-hour weekend

    We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team, where you’ll play a key role in unloading, receiving, and processing freight. Whether you're stationed in unloading or shipping, your work helps keep operations running smoothly.     _What You’ll Do_

    + Unload 18-wheelers at assigned docks and palletize materials.

    + Use conveyance systems to integrate products into the warehouse management system.

    + Assist in cross-docking to move products directly to shipping.

    + Manually handle freight and maintain efficient flow.

    + Identify, separate, count, combine, and scan freight using scanners and scales.

    + Safely process freight and report any unsafe conditions or damaged goods.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Load trucks with attention to proper material handling standards.

    + Use computers or system devices to locate and enter information.

    + Write reports or documentation as needed.

    _What You Bring_

    + Experience in order pulling, inventory management, forklift operation, shipping and receiving is a plus.

    + Familiarity with RF scanners and material handling equipment is a plus.

    + Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

    + Strong attendance record and willingness to learn.

    + Flexibility to meet hourly, daily, and weekly goals.

    + Experience in labor-intensive roles and productivity-driven environments.

    Work primarily in a climate-controlled warehouse, with occasional exposure to outdoor elements near bay doors. Casual dress code (jeans and shorts allowed), but closed-toed shoes or boots are required. Cell phones must be out of sight during work hours; earbuds are not permitted.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
