Job Title: Carpenter Foreman
Job Description
This position involves hands-on work and leading a team. The Carpenter Foreman will collaborate with laborers and carpenters to ensure all forms are constructed according to specifications. You will also monitor and assist during the pouring of panels to ensure everything is completed according to the prints.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and assist a team of carpenters and laborers.
+ Ensure all forms are built to specifications.
+ Monitor and assist with the pouring of panels according to prints.
+ Coordinate with team members to ensure project efficiency and quality.
Essential Skills
+ 2-4 years of commercial construction experience.
+ Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints.
+ Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with tilt-up construction and cast-in-place concrete is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
