Job Title: General Production Worker

Schedule:** Full-time | **Hours: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

**Pay:** Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Biddeford. This role involves operating coating and finishing machinery, performing quality checks, and maintaining production efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate and monitor coating machines according to production specifications

+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues

+ Inspect finished products for quality and consistency

+ Record production data and maintain accurate documentation

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred

+ Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and measurements

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs

+ Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kennebunk, Maine.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr.
