Job Title: Warehouse HWT

Job Description

We are seeking a self-starter and highly motivated individual to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job duties include loading and unloading materials, operating a forklift, stocking and pulling orders, and assisting with counter sales as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.

+ Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or designated areas.

+ Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.

+ Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line.

+ Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.

+ Mark materials with identifying information and record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.

+ Open bales, crates, and other containers.

+ Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.

+ Weigh or count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.

+ Arrange stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.

+ Use computer to enter records and compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.

+ Compile worksheets or tickets for customer specifications.

+ Drive/operate vehicles such as forklifts and trucks to transport stored items from warehouse and pick up items from several locations for shipment.

+ Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments and maintain inventory records.

Essential Skills

+ General labor skills.

+ Ability to measure and use tools like a hammer and tape measure.

+ Experience operating warehouse forklifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in building materials and/or distribution is preferred.

+ Familiarity with inventory management systems.

+ Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.

Work Environment

The work environment includes operating in a production area, primarily outside in a hot yard/warehouse located in Kapolei, Hawaii. The work hours are Monday to Thursday from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Personal protective equipment, such as steel-toed boots, is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.46 - $20.46/hr.
