Job Title: general laborer

Job Description

Join a dedicated team working on both residential and commercial construction sites. You will be part of a crew responsible for foundational construction tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Responsibilities

+ Set forms for concrete pours.

+ Perform flatwork, including finishing concrete surfaces.

+ Construct concrete walls as per project specifications.

+ Work with rebar to reinforce concrete structures.

+ Operate with precision and attention to detail in all foundational tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in finishing concrete, setting forms, and working with concrete walls.

+ Knowledge in foundation construction and flatwork.

+ At least 6 months to 1 year of construction experience.

+ Valid driver's license.

+ Ability to pass a 5-panel instant drug test.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Preference for candidates with demonstrated experience in similar roles.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to various site conditions.

Work Environment

Work is primarily outdoors, requiring adaptability to weather conditions. The typical workday starts at 7 AM, with a workweek ranging from 45-50 hours. Team members have the flexibility to either meet at the shop in the morning or drive directly to the job site.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorhead, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
