Job Title: Equipment Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. This role involves working at a job site Monday through Friday, starting at 5:30 AM. The position offers a schedule of five 10-hour days with the opportunity for overtime on Saturdays, working 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

+ Operate a variety of heavy machinery including motor graders, bulldozers, and front-end loaders.

+ Work safely around cranes, pedestrians, and in tight spaces such as stair towers.

+ Demonstrate a high level of patience and adaptability in various project environments.

Essential Skills

+ 7+ years of experience operating construction equipment such as motor graders, rollers, and skid steers.

+ Valid certifications (expired or not) for operating heavy machinery.

+ Comfortable and experienced in operating various types of equipment.

+ Possess a CDL Class A and a valid Med Card.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong work ethic and reliability are crucial.

+ Experience in closed environments rather than wide open spaces like freeways.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of De Soto, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.
