**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Manager

Overview:
A leading manufacturer in the plastics industry is seeking a driven **Quality Assurance Manager** to support its operational excellence and ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a quality professional with 3–5 years of experience who’s ready to take ownership and grow into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Champion the Quality Operating System and ensure alignment with industry standards.
+ Generate and present quality reports to internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.
+ Collaborate with production teams through audits, documentation, and hands-on support to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
+ Train and mentor quality and production staff on best practices and quality protocols.
+ Represent the quality team during client audits, site visits, and external meetings.
+ Develop and execute internal audit procedures to assess and improve performance.
+ Support onboarding and development of quality personnel while reinforcing safety and company policies.
+ Partner with leadership on cross-functional improvement initiatives.
+ Perform additional duties as needed to support the quality function.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or manufacturing quality roles.
+ Proficiency in statistical analysis, gauge control, and root cause problem-solving.
+ Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems.
+ At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity within quality assurance.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred** **Experience** **:
+ Associate’s degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
+ Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow into a senior leadership role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $41.00/hr.
