    Job Title: Production Line Worker

    Available Shifts:

    + **1st Shift:** 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday through Friday)

    + **2nd Shift** : 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM (Monday through Thursday)

    + **3rd Shift:** 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Sunday through Thursday)

    Job Description

    + Join our team as a Bottling Line Worker! We're looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to ensure proper bottling, packaging, and labeling processes. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and sanitation procedures. You'll maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspace and complete necessary documentation.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure proper bottling procedures are followed.

    + Follow proper bottling procedures.

    + Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.

    + Label and document honey and cartons according to HACCP and company guidelines.

    + Clean and prepare the department and equipment for the next workday.

    + Handle weight control documentation.

    Skills & Qualifications

    + **_Required:_**

    + Attention to detail

    + Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.

    + Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment

    + Consistent attendance and punctuality

    + **_Preferred:_**

    + Experience in production, packaging, general labor, general production, packing, bottling, and labelling.

    + Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Defense, Safety and Sanitation, and Plex Guidelines.

    Work Environment

    + Stand, lift, and bend for 95% of the workday.

    + Squat, crouch, push, pull, twist, grasp, and turn during portions of the workday.

    + Work around moving machinery 100% of the time.

    + Lift up to 65 pounds.

    + Facility can be warm during the summer.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cannon Falls, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
