    Our client is hiring an Account Executive in Boca Raton, FL. This person will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. At Robert Half, the Account Executive is responsible for matching companies with highly skilled professionals and providing staffing solutions that align with our clients' business needs.

    Requirements

    Client Relationship Management:

    Maintain and build long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.

     

    Provide outstanding service delivery and ensure client satisfaction by consistently following up and addressing feedback.

    Candidate Recruitment and Placement:

    Collaborate closely with recruiting professionals to present candidates that meet client requirements and match job descriptions effectively.

     

    Skillfully negotiate contracts, including candidate pay and billing rates, ensuring win-win solutions for clients and candidates.

    Business Strategy and Performance:

    Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals by using Salesforce.com and other tools to track activity, progress, and revenue generated.

     

    Analyze market trends, competitive data, and client feedback to make strategic decisions in line with organizational goals.
