Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Delivery Manager to act as a strategic liaison in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves ensuring the alignment of technology solutions with business objectives, while fostering collaboration across local and global teams. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving IT strategies that support operational priorities and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships to understand and align IT solutions with their business needs.

• Oversee the delivery of IT projects and services, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Coordinate resources within a matrix structure, managing both local and global teams to achieve service delivery goals.

• Actively participate in site-specific activities to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions.

• Drive IT strategies that support operational priorities and enhance business processes.

• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards across all IT services.

• Provide support for tools such as Cisco Webex Meetings, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.

• Monitor and manage service levels to ensure consistent and effective delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative IT solutions.

• Utilize ITIL methodologies to optimize service delivery processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements • Proven experience in IT service delivery or engagement management roles.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and principles.

• Proficiency in remote desktop support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Familiarity with tools such as Cisco Webex Meetings, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.

• Ability to manage resources in a matrix organization and coordinate across multiple teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive IT strategies that align with business priorities.
