Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining smooth payment operations. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and a background in accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

• Review incoming invoices for accuracy and identify discrepancies such as short or overpayments.

• Resolve payment issues by processing credit and debit memos and ensuring proper adjustments.

• Manage the disbursement and release of payments to vendors in a timely manner.

• Conduct reconciliations to ensure accounts are balanced and discrepancies are addressed.

• Collaborate within a shared services environment to streamline accounts payable processes.

• Perform detailed research and analysis to resolve vendor invoice issues.

• Approve and process vendor invoices while adhering to company policies.

• Audit accounts payable transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Provide support in account analysis and reporting as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

• Proficiency in handling invoice discrepancies and reconciliation processes.

• Strong knowledge of credit and debit memos and cash disbursement procedures.

• Experience working in a shared services environment is highly desirable.

• Ability to conduct research and analysis to resolve payment-related issues.

• Familiarity with auditing and accounting functions.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
